We wanted to take a moment to clear up any confusion there may be currently around our raids and what is expected of all of us. We did have a comprihensive set of rules in place but these seem to have fallen to the wayside for the last few months, due to the fragile stability of our raiding team of late so please consider this post to be our current stance.
"Progression Raids" - Icecrown Citadel & Ruby Sanctum (10 man)
DKP
We use the current DKP system for main spec loot for all of our progression raids. DKP is awarded per character and as such loot will be distributed accordingly, based on the DKP pool of the particular character that is in the raid at the time. "Main" characters cannot purchase loot for alts from their DKP pool. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Off spec items are awarded via a /roll 50 and do not cost DKP so the highest roll will win the item.
For progression raids, please consider the following addons to be mandatory:
Deadly Boss Mods or Bigwigs or any similar boss encounter warning addon.

Mumble
These are the only "must haves" that we require from you if you wish to raid, any other addon is purely optional. No exceptions to this rule.
"Gearing Raids/Farm Raids" - Everything that is not Icecrown Citadel or Ruby Sanctum ;-)
Loot will be distributed via a /roll 100 for main spec and /roll 50 for off spec. Main spec will always be given priority over off spec.
Addons are optional but advised. Mumble is also advised but again optional.
General
We aim for a 7:30pm GMT start time (1st pull made) for all of our raids so ideally everyone should be fully prepared with flasks, foods, reagents etc and be in the raid instance before start time. Recently we've had a few raids starting much later, for which we apologise. People's working hours are out of our control so late starts will happen from time to time.
